Founded in 2001 as a licensed professional practice, headquartered in the city of Dammam to serve as the central hub for its operations across the Eastern Province. Since our inception, we have closely aligned with the Kingdom’s commercial and investment growth, building a legal team capable of addressing the evolving needs of both local and international markets — in Arabic and English — with a professional standard that reflects the Kingdom’s ambitious economic transformation.

Chariman’s Message

When I founded this firm, my objective was never to build a traditional law office measured only by cases won or files closed. My vision was to establish a legal institution that clients could rely on as a steady hand in moments of complexity, growth, and critical decision-making.

Over the years, we have worked closely with individuals, family businesses, and corporations across diverse sectors. What has guided our work is a disciplined methodology rooted in deep factual understanding, precise legal characterization, and a careful evaluation of both the immediate and long-term consequences of every legal decision.

Talal Salah Al-Ahmadi

Managing Partner — Attorney

Mr. Talal brings more than thirty years of legal experience across government entities and the private sector. Throughout his career, he has represented clients before all levels of courts and quasi-judicial committees, combining deep legal insight with the ability to manage complex disputes.

Experience

- Licensed attorney by the Ministry of Justice.
- Licensed Bankruptcy Trustee by the Bankruptcy Commission (2021).
- Over 30 years of experience in government and private sectors.
- Representation before all courts and quasi-judicial bodies at all levels.
- Drafting and preparing civil, labor, commercial, and administrative contracts.
-Arbitrator and chair of arbitral tribunals in various commercial disputes.

Education

- Bachelor of Law (Systems), King Saud University — Riyadh (1988).
- Higher Diploma in International Law, Institute of International Law — Dubai (1998).
- Participant in numerous seminars and courses in commercial law, corporate law, and arbitration

Abdullah Saeed Alghamdi

Partner — Attorney

Mr. Abdullah brings extensive experience in civil and administrative disputes, with a distinguished record representing clients before all levels of courts and quasi-judicial committees. His background combines both Sharia and legal knowledge, enabling him to analyze cases with depth and produce precise legal solutions.

Salah Tariq Alahmadi

Senior Attorney

Mr. Salah practices advocacy before judicial authorities at all levels and is distinguished by his ability to analyze commercial, labor, and civil cases with precision. He develops clear legal assessments that address case details with professionalism and accuracy.

He also possesses practical experience in preparing legal contracts and documentation, enabling him to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Amer Talal Alahmadi

Senior Attorney

Mr. Amer manages judicial and governmental procedures with a high level of efficiency and has solid experience in analyzing commercial, labor, and civil cases.

His ability to construct a precise legal perspective for each matter enables him to guide clients toward the most suitable course of action

Rashid Abdullah Aldhahan

Attorney

Mr. Rashid manages civil and labor legal matters with a high level of efficiency and is responsible for handling judicial procedures before courts, quasi-judicial bodies, and governmental authorities.

He is distinguished by meticulous follow-up, a deep understanding of procedural requirements, and the ability to navigate case details to reach practical solutions that best serve the client’s interests.

Hamad Abdulrazzaq Aldosari

Mr. Hamad brings distinguished experience in commercial, administrative, and civil law, supported by a strong record of representing clients before all levels of courts.

He is also experienced in drafting and reviewing legal agreements and contracts, ensuring the protection of client interests and the development of clear, comprehensive legal frameworks

Lama Talal Alahmadi

Attorney

Ms. Lama works on drafting and reviewing commercial and labor contracts and agreements and is highly skilled in analyzing legal texts and producing well-researched studies that support the firm’s legal work.

She also has practical experience in preparing legal documentation and developing comprehensive case files that reflect a structured understanding of facts and regulatory requirements

Moamen Sayed Moamen Youssef

Hassan Muhammad Abdel Moaty
